1. The driver of the MAS ILCA 7 support vessel is penalised as follows: the driver of the MAS ILCA 7 and the support vessel of the MAS ILCA 7 are excluded from going afloat until all three fleets of the ILCA 7 class have started race 3.
2. MAS 209882, MAS 209883, and MAS 214989 are warned under RRS 62.4 that a penalty may be imposed if the driver of the MAS ILCA 7 support vessel commits a further breach of any rule.
