Brief description of the incident (place, time, involved boats, infringed rule):
Hello,
During 2nd race (which was abandoned) during downwind a jury boat with 2 people on board crossed the field quite quickly and this caused some bigger waves, as the wind was very light this shaked my boat and it moved without my intention, after that a second jury boat with only one person onboard came to me and flagged me. I made the 720° but I' m quite sure that I did nothing wrong, only tried to not capsize.
2 questions: 1. what am I done, what is cause of whistle?
2. Usually it should have 2 persons on board this to decide if there is really a rule infringement, or am I wrong?
