This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Please use a separate form for each individual request. This enquiry will be review by Race Committee as soon as possible.

Additional Comments:

I had a tiller failure on the final run to mark 3. I was coming 4th at the time but by the time I fixed the issue I was last in my fleet. I sailed through a line which I thought was the finish but having spoke to the CRO I had inadvertently sailed up and through the start. Requesting some empathy in changing my score to reflect that I sailed and largely completed the course
