This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

There seems to be a point added to my score however I signed on and off. There was an issue with the system on signoff where it want recognising that I had signed on. I discussed this with the race office at completion of the race who said I would not be penalised due to the system issue
