The request for redress is invalid for failure to submit the scoring enquiry within the protest time limit as required by SI 17.7.1.

Redress is given to AUS 216361. AUS 216361 is to be scored in race 9 points equal to the average, of her points in races 1 to 10, except race 9. No other boat’s score shall change.

The request for redress is invalid for not identifying the reasons for making the request (RRS 62.2, 63.5).

Redress is not given as there was neither an improper action nor omission of the race committee (RRS 62.1a).

Redress is not given as AUS 224238's score has not been or may not be made significantly worse by the decision of the technical committee and therefore the requirements for redress are not met (RRS 62.1).

Protest is invalid for failure to inform the protestee of the intention to protest and the protest was delivered after the time limit. (RRS 63.5)

Redress is given to AUS 210495 and is to be scored in race 4 points equal to the average, rounded to the nearest tenth of a point (0.05 to be rounded upward), of her points from races 1 to 3. No other boat's score shall change.

AUS 210495 failed to keep clear as a port tack boat and has retired from the practice race. AUS 224183 on starboard, is DSQ (disqualified) for failing to avoid contact which has resulted in damage.
