Are heart rate monitors also banned for this event? 80% of the fleet had one on today and they all contravene SI 2.3 ?♂️

(c) A heart rate monitor with no capability to display, deliver, transmit, receive, calculate, correlate, or store information about wind speed, wind direction, boat speed, or boat
position.
HRM are allowed as long as it conforms C.3.2 (c)
