This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Scoring Inquiry – Race 8

I would like to request a scoring inquiry regarding the BFD I was given in Race 8.

I am convinced that my boat was not over the starting line at the preparatory signal or at the starting signal, and I therefore believe that the BFD was not justified.

I kindly ask the Race Committee to review the video footage of the start again. There were several boats around me that appeared to be ahead of my position at the start, yet they were not scored BFD, while I was.

I would be grateful if the footage could be reviewed carefully, particularly my position relative to the starting line and the other boats at the relevant time.
