This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Upon arriving back to port, I saw that I had been scored BFD in the first race of the day (blue fleet), even though I made a very conservative start with many boats around me.

On the other hand, a sail number very similar to mine (HKG 223750) was scored OCS in the same race but in the yellow fleet, and in the Telegram message my number does not appear — it only shows “22370” (in the yellow group)

I would like to kindly ask if the race committee could review the video footage or otherwise verify when my supposed premature start actually occurred.
