This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

I was scored BFD on race Q4 Yellow boys when it was confirmed on radio from both ends that it was an "all clear' start. Both pin and and boat RC members confirmed no boats over and all clear start. I request further review of starting video and to listen to the tape recording of the start to confirm the BFDs or lack there of on Q4 Yellow Boys as according to the RC communication it was declared an all clear start. Request to review video and tape and correct score to 1.
