This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

ITA 221599 was directly infront of me, and GRE 221447 was directly behind me.

Additional Comments:

I was flagged after the finish in boys yellow race 1 and on the rule 42 action sheet it says "10% SCP" for jury action. As per the SIs and jury action, I should be scored with my original finish (7) plus 10%. I initially thought I needed to do my 2 turn penalty and refinish but I did not re enter the course correctly so I technically did not finish twice.
