This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Yesterday I did the same on an mark when an Australien Sailor stopp him and made him doing Penalty which the italy man wanted me to do.
For day even a lot of sailors on the course have heard that.
The Situation on the starting line was that verybody was moving but not him. I sailed round him and started . He was handling with his boot and started shouting. I asked him want from me protesting? He did nit say anything? When I was sailing away he started the shouting which I deciribed above. So I would like be treated which this behavoir and doing a protest because of unsport behavior. I did circle even I do not belive I had to.

For the rest of the day could not sail prober and I am asking to do some punishment on the man, to Stopp him doing this.
