This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Today on September 25th, I made a confusion with my fleet assignment. For the three races of the day, I sailed with yellow fleet instead of the blue. I deeply apologized for this major mistake. May I request you the favor to reclassify me as yellow fleet finisher instead of blue, thank you for your understanding.
