This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

In all of today’s races, I was not registered under my new ILCA 6 Grand Master sail number 220295, but instead incorrectly listed in the ILCA 7 class, as per my previous entry.

I therefore kindly request to be correctly placed in the ILCA 6 Grand Master category, where I actually raced, along with the results I achieved on the water.
