This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

USA 218990 finished one place in front of me. But that is not relevant. I have just learnt (around 2200hrs) that I have now been scored UFD in Race 2.

Additional Comments:

I did not believe I had a good start in Race 2 or that I was over the start line at any time in the last minute. I believe I was behind NED 212983 at the start. NED 212983 is not scored UFD and is now recorded as finishing first. I wish to view the video and/or hear voice recordings of the start sequence before considering requesting redress. I am an Australian National Race Officer with many years experience of running Laser events and races.
