This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

At the start of the second race on 22.09.25, I was positioned between mid-line and the race committee boat, with several boats to both windward and leeward of me. The start was average, and I clearly recall seeing other boats ahead of me immediately after the signal. Considering my position and the proximity of other boats closer to the line, I am confident that I was not over early and do not believe I should be the only competitor scored UFD.
