This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

I respectfully assert that I could not have been over the starting line early, as there was a group of boats directly in front of me. In the Telegram group you posted sail number “2111” (the last four digits), but there is another boat recorded as 212111. I believe the UFD penalty was applied to the wrong boat.

My coach has video clearly showing my position relative to the line.
