This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Please use a separate form for each individual request. This enquiry will be review by Race Committee as soon as possible.

I was about 20th

Additional Comments:

I really believe I was not over the line for the following reasons
- I was now back relative to the boats around me, so I'm confused as to how I would be BFD and no other boats were
- I had a transit and this indicated I was behind the line
-There is a boat with a very similar sail number, please can you check you haven't mistaken me for another boat
I would really appreciate a review of this (and check a check of any video of the start line if this is possible)
